I’m Kelly Anderson. I have always had a love-hate thing. I loved bread, pasta, all the good stuff — but they never loved me back. I felt heavy, tired, and like I couldn’t get out of my own way.

That’s when I started messing around with low carb cooking. Not because it was trending, but because I wanted to feel better.

How It Started

There wasn’t some big moment. Just me, annoyed at how crappy I felt. I tried making a cheesy bread recipe one night, and it actually worked. No carb crash. No bloated feeling. That was it. I started chasing more recipes that gave me the same win.


What Keto Means To Me

Keto for me isn’t about strict rules. It’s about swaps that make sense. Bread that doesn’t leave me in a slump. Snacks that taste good and don’t wreck my day. Keto means eating and still feeling human.


Cooking My Way

I keep recipes dirty simple. Cheese, veggies, some almond flour, whatever works. I don’t want complicated. I want food I can make fast and eat with a smile.
